Data Use and Access Act 2025
From 19 June, new requirements were introduced in relation to complaints about data protection, which included issues members may have with the way the Trustee has responded to a subject access request, the security measures the Trustee has used to store personal information, or how the Trustee has collected or used personal information.
Following the new requirements, the Trustee has updated the Fund’s Privacy Notice, which can be seen on the Fund website here.
